Looking for a partner! I'm a 39 year old divorced mother of two girls. One is in college, the other is in Junior High. I have two dogs and a cat, own my own house and am making it ok on my own.

But I'm just lonely. It would be nice to have someone in my life. Unfortunately, after the divorce I went a little nuts and got herpes. Now, every time I meet someone I think I may have a chance of actually building a relationship with, when you have "the talk" they disappear.

I've been through my wild and crazy days. I don't want to go to clubs and party all the time. But I'm not walflower who wants to sit at home every night either. I like sports, especially football and baseball, the Pats are my NFL team, and I'm trying to get behind the Texans, really I am...it would help if they were better.

I am a very sensuous creature. I like music (all types), art, books, and I do occasionally watch tv (but usually only for sports or NCIS or stuff like that).

I am looking for a man who has his sh*t together. I am already a mother and I don't want to be yours. Please be over 36 and under 55. If you haven't had your midlife crisis yet, don't bother, because I've already been through that with 2 men, I know I won't put up with it again.

I am not a clean freak, but I am not a slob. I am not crazy or a victim or anything else. I believe in picking yourself up, dusting yourself off and making things better. Personal responsibility is something that is hugely lacking in our society. At the same time, I do have a heart and a sense of humor.

I just want honesty. Do you fit the bill?
