Well I guess alittle about me, My name Michael I'm 28 from Quincy I'm the oldest of 3 I have a huge family so I hope you enjoy bbq and lots of food with kids lol. After I was diagnosed I really focused on my health in fitness I started looking for better things in my life only wording about things I can control and making myself happier!
