These days I'm focused on studying food and mental health (the two are inseparable, in my opinion) but previous topics have been various forms of meditation, brainwave entrainment, energy healing, and artisan chocolate making.

I think the pursuit of pleasure is as important as the pursuit of self-mastery. Money is not necessary to be happy but mindfulness is.
I'm a geek but I don't own any action figures, t-shirts, or other memorabilia. I read fantasy books, I love comic books (but no longer own any of them), and once upon a time I ran role playing games. Does this mean I'm an adult now? I'm not sure how I feel about that.
Art one point I was married for 12 years. It taught me a lot about love, loss, and unrealistic expectations. I hope to do better next time.
