I'm simply on here and have adjusted to this change in my life while trying to be sociable and seeing what may come of my meeting someone. I am honest enough to admit that I am not perfect, but I also know that I bring a great deal to the table in terms of the type of man I am and what I can offer someone.
I will be frank in saying that I have recently become a single father and that due to a violation of my trust, nothing will ever come of that particular situation beyond me focusing on trying to be the best father that I can be.
It is with that (and the fact that I do NOT intend to have any more children) in mind that I am honest enough with myself to understand it would be hard to pursue something serious with a man in my situation at this point... I respect that...but I value honesty more than anything else and so I make no attempts to alter or change the appearance or manipulate the details of my current situation. If you aren't interested, no harm, no foul. I wish you well just the same.
That being said, while it would be ultimately a goal for me I am up for entertaining the notion of friendship and getting to know someone on a deeper level in the hopes that something genuine and real can develop because at this point I am of the thought that I would like my next relationship to be my last.
