I am a 40yr old single mom. I am actually pretty shy until I get to know someone. I am someone who believes in honesty and communication as a basis of a solid relationship. I enjoy spending time with my kids but am looking for someone to share one on one time with. I enjoy all the "girlie" things such as cooking and cleaning but have been known to tinker on cars as well. I enjoy horror movies and action/suspense movies. I am looking for my best friend. Someone who accepts me for me and will not ask me to change. I am active duty Guard, so I need someone who will trust me when I am gone for several days to "play Army". I wear my heart on my sleeve and am not afraid to speak my mind. I am learning to be independant. I do enjoy having that special person around though. I enjoy quiet nites in and occassionally a nite on the town. I am comfortable in jeans and a flannel or dress and heels. I have a warm personality and am easy to talk to. I do tend to follow my heart and am not afraid to fall in love if the right person comes along. I listen to all types of music...except rap. Not a huge sports fan but enjoy a good game with friends now and then. I can be high energy one day and pretty relaxed the next. I like to spend time with friends and family but would like a quiet weekend alone with special someone. I want to experience new and exciting things. Would like to meet someone with similar interests as well as their own. I am looking for that special person to share life with. I expect honesty and good communication. I need to feel loved and appreciated and will do the same for my partner. I am looking to find the person I can truly be myself around. No games, no secrets.
