Does anybody have problems telling the're famly..

I mean like your mother or grandmother and so on... I didn't have a problem telling my brother and my cuz b/c I knew they would understand but its hard for me to tell my parents and my gramps. Idk y b/c i know they would still love me. I guess i just feel like they would start acting differently towards me, you know, like not in a bad way... like maybe they would come in for a hug or kiss and realize that i have herpes... even tho its genital. I yes i know it can spread... but that would just hurt too much if I told them and they reacted that way.... any thoughts???
