Ok so what vitamins should I take. Where can I get lysene from. And what type of b vitamins should I take ? I'm new my first outbreak is just about finished very painful. Hoping I dont have to go through that again I know eating healthy is great. fruits n veggies here I come. ive tried to not stress because everything hapoens for a reason. no one ive been with has ever had an outbreak so no idea who I got it from out of my exes. Just hope I wont be alone forever ; (
