Its going on 3 yes now and I still haven't figured out to live with it an be myself I'm so scared that the life I dreamed of with a husband and kids have been taken away. I tried to get back into dating but situation makes it hard and I get a lot of rejection I use to be so out going and I use to believe now I feel like nothing at times I'm so glad I found this site hopefly I can make sure friends and possibly find love. I just don't want the fear of ppl finding out and judging me or not being to ever find someone destroy me even more then it already as. How did you all cope with thongs and stay strong. How do I make myself beautiful again how do I heal?

`It is definitely a process. Just cherryredbliss that life is not over. I've only been positive a year but I'm getting my confidence back. The dream of a husband and kids is not dead. All of that can still happen as much as it can happen with someone that doesnt have herpes. Stay close to your family, friends, God, and those who love you. Together they will help you cope.

`Thanks for the kinds words... I know I seem depressed but I'm not I'm just lost I'm thankful that I still have god but just dnt feel like I'm close to my friends or fam anymore because the situation I know its all gonna work out for the best I guess I'm just impatient

`Girl, you have to just live your life! I know its super hard to do but I mean what other choice do we have? We can't sit alone in a dark room all day and night crying and feeling depressed (wait actually i've done that already) but it didn't make me feel better. After i wiped my tears and woke up the next day I still had it. It's not going away so..what i TRY to do is not stress so much over it because that can cause a OB to occur. I started working out, and finding the simple things that make me smile. I think about love and getting married...how will i find a man who will accept me? At times i get so frustrated and wanting to break down, but it seems like to me your just as strong as i am and it doesn't get easier but it's just get's easier to accept. xoxoxoxoxo send me a email if you ever want to chat!
