Hi everyone (: I'm new here and was recently diagnosed with herpes so I'm not sure what to think at this point but I do know that I won't give up on finding someone. Right now I'm just looking for a close guy friend who can be there for me, as can I, and eventually have it turn into something more. But rushing things and deciding things on the spur of the moment is what got me here and I'm done with that. It's time for me to respect myself and find someone who appreciates me for me. Maybe it's you (:

`Yeah, this website's pretty dead. Seems like everyone's abandoned their accounts near where I live. You seem pretty cool, though. Wouldn't mind an IM session or something.

i don't know if i have herpes but i have be breakinyout on around my lips and don't know if it is herpes or just coldsore so im here looking for friend to talk to about this

`You should really go see a doctor about your cold sore. There's a chance he can tell you just by looking, and if not you might be able to get a swab or a blood test to tell you for sure.
until then there's a risk that you can pass it to another person if your mouth comes in contact with their mouth, genitals, or even other areas in some cases.
Be careful and keep it clean. If it's oral herpes you might need to make some lifestyle changes like the rest of us have, but there's a chance it might not be!
If i were you I'd go get tested for some peace of mind.

`you know herpes and coldsores are the same thing, right? here visit this site and read up on the information about the herps okay? www.herpes-coldsores.com i joined on there and there are tons of friendly people ready and willing to help you to live and cope with the herps. ^_^ I love it there, look me up, same user name as well.

`im also new to this site as of today and its lame there is no one around port angeles that is on here and its super dead, but if anyone wants to chat or anything by all means message me or something looking for friends or that special someone.

`I am new to the site as well, and was only diagnosed a week ago. I love this site's format, and am bummed there don't seem to be more people on it! There were only 7 people in the lobby chat room and NONE in any of my "passions" rooms. What's the deal?
