I'm concerned about giving it to anyone accidentally. The fact that i have herpes is alright, it's something i can live with, but the thought of giving it to anyone, is frightening.
Yes, i'm afraid that i may accidentally give it to another person, just by touching my face, wiping/blowing my nose, and then not washing/disinfecting my hands, and it's quite possible.
I'm looking for herbal ways on how the herpes virus can remain inactive most of the time, thus reducing the chance of infecting others with it, and doing so has most definitely given me some hope, something to do, think about, and work on, that may not only benefit me in the long run.
I try to look at it this way - If the herpes virus can remain inactive 99% while only shedding 1% of the days in a year, then those who have herpes will be infectious for no more than three days in the entire year. If this is possible, i'd like to find out the answer, because something needs to be done about these viruses that are only spreading throughout the population, and we can do something about it !
