Should you start taking something right way?also change diet

So I have herpes I know obviously...I'm just not sure how to start....well I'm not sure how long I've had it...but I'm guessing the past year maybe a lil longer...I eat whatever I want, don't take any medication or vitamins, and if anything gotten worse with eating right cuz every time I get something I think what's it matter I already ----ed up and got this might as well eat s---ty stuff. (sometimes, I really like fruit n veggies also don't drink soda never have)

Cutting to the chase I've had few and far between out brakes and they are rarely painful... Will they get worse over time if I don't do anything?? Or become more frequent?

`they are supposed to become less painful with each outbreak you have so no they should'nt become worse. the only thing is worrying about how frequent they are. as long as your stress free and you eat right you should be fine.also depends on your immune system and hormones. some people have to take meds because theirs are re-occuring. i heard that hsv2 occurs more frequently then hsv1. ive only had 1 outbreak (hsv1) over 3 years ago and i dont take anything. i only took meds to clear it up then i went off of them. with time u wont even stress about it too much but it will take time. just remember that the more u stress and the more junk food u eat will cause ur hormones to go out of wack which will cause more outbreaks.
