Scared

I recently found out I had herpes. I'm not really sure how to deal with it. I'm scared. Is there any advice out there?

`uhh, there is lots of advice lol is any of it good? lol, im 20, ive had herpes for 6 years without confiding in ANYone, but for me every person is different, sites like this or yahoo groups, networking and being ok with yourself seems to be the thing we need, and that first little while getting to know some people seems to be the most emotional and frustrating, and finding someone who understands is hardd. and when u do find someone to listen, once the conversations over, the "h" word is/should be wayyy down on the list of problems, and u may just not like or be able to befriend said person lol. hope this helps, uh, feel free to yell and scream im not trying to pretend to know anything... and can always use another perspective

`yaaa idk just ignore me lol lol. : P, trust me i know the feeling, theres more groups out there that ive been trying to find, more networking.... but im coming to realize that its necessary to confide in people, and from there live with it. without any negative connotations connected to it! lol, butttttt it is a game changer, anyyyywwwaaay theres a little bit of my perspective, ((ppl need to get more active lol ))
