How Does One Cope With This???

I can cope while I'm not having an outbreak, I tend to feel normal still. But as soon as I have an outbreak I begin to feel down and is reminded of what's going on in my body. I want to come out of denial and deal with this thing and face it. I hate having herpes. I don't think anyone enjoys it. I don't hate the person who gave it to me because I played a part in it, so if I blame anyone I blame myself. I just want to learn how to go on with my life accepting the fact the I have herpes. I don't want to be afraid to tell someone because they might reject me. I just want to be normal and feel normal. And know that I still deserve the best.
